A lot had changed in that intervening time, and we were both kinda shit scared about what a reunion might bring up for each us. Ahead of our big meet, we wrote down our thoughts and feelings, and this provided fodder for a sort of Mad Libs-esque collage exercise that we document in the film. We also made a rickety little shelter and erected it down on the banks of the Mighty Mississippi.
